Welcome to First and Market, a new apartment community coming to Downtown Pittsburgh in Fall 2026. Designed with seniors and individuals with disabilities in mind, First and Market will offer affordable, mixed-income, age-qualified housing in one of the city’s most connected locations.

Located on First Avenue between Market Street and Fort Pitt Boulevard, the community will feature one-bedroom apartment homes designed for comfort, convenience, and everyday living. With views overlooking the Monongahela River and Station Square, First and Market will bring together modern design, meaningful affordability, and a strong sense of place.
